Cancellation - Refunds Policy

In our company you have the right (by law) to return the products you bought within 5 days from the date of receipt. In case you want to return a product (withdrawal) you only bear the cost of returning it. To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and their packaging at the time of delivery of your order in order to identify obvious defects (e.g. broken product, wrong product, etc.).

Returns are only accepted when the products are in the same condition you received them in, unopened or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice. Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.

Returns are accepted only if, through proven fault of our company, you received wrong products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.). Products must be in the same condition in which you received them, unsealed or opened, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

Refunds are made via Bank Account. To avoid inconvenience, please check your products carefully upon delivery of the order for any defects.
