Non-Defective Product Returns Policy
Due to the nature of online shopping, it is often the case that the final recipient's expectations are not met by the product of his choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.

However, wanting to cover our customers even more, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of returning products.
Below we list the terms and methods of returning non-defective products:
According to Law 2251/1994 no. 3e par. 1, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to return the product he bought - for any reason, even if unnecessary, and to request a replacement. In this case the consumer will bear the entire cost of shipping. This deadline applies to all member states of the European Union. Attention: If he has not previously been informed of his right, then this period becomes 12 months!
According to Law 2251/1994, no. 3i par. 2, the consumer is not responsible for the reduction in value of the goods, which came from that use, which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. Opening the package is such a use.
Return Procedures
If you are near the physical store
In this case you can visit the store and, after the product's condition has been checked by the responsible employee, he himself will guide you on what to do next.
If you receive via courier
Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping.
Place inside the packaging that you have made a document in which you list the way in which you wish us to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is deemed eligible for return.
Send the package, via the courier agency from which you received your order, to the attention of the Returns Department. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
